Pricing FAQ
Is the Starter plan really free forever?
Yes. The Starter plan is free with no time limit. You can manage up to 3 clients or business units, create engagements, log findings, generate reports, and send invoices. You also get 3 one-time AI credits to try AI-powered workflow automation and report generation. You only pay if a client pays an invoice through the portal (4% transaction fee).
What are the transaction fees?
Transaction fees only apply when a client pays an invoice through SecPortal via Stripe. Starter: 4%, Pro: 3.5%, Team: 2%. If you collect payment outside of SecPortal, there is no fee.
Can I add more team members?
Yes. Pro and Team plans include base seats (2 and 5 respectively). Additional seats cost $29/seat/month. Starter is limited to 1 team member.
What happens if I hit a plan limit?
You will see an upgrade prompt when you reach a limit. Your existing data is never deleted or locked. You simply cannot create new items beyond the limit until you upgrade.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time and the remaining balance is prorated. Annual plans save 20% (equivalent to 2 months free).
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and you will not be charged for the next month. Annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the billing period.
